This is the 2017 Teardrop. The original Teardrop was created in 2015 to bring attention to the human destruction of our natural waterways and oceans. Overfishing and pollution are some of the many negative aspects of human development and industrialization of this vital natural resource. This series of earthwork stone stack builds look out over the beautiful Hudson river. The Teardrop series showcases all seasons and draws the viewer’s eye to the water and skyline.
